CFK's pilot goal coaching program, Common Ground, partners dedicated individuals in the community with youth who have aged-out of foster care and are seeking connection and guidance while working to reach goals and navigate adulthood. It is our hope that by finding "common ground" while working together on the established goals, that you would develop an ongoing and lasting relationship of support and encouragement.
CURRENT NEEDS
female Goal Coaches with the following skill sets:
Learning to cook
Applying to graduate school
Learning how to budget and manage finances
Improve communication skills
Improve networking skills
Obtain a driver's license
Finding or applying for housing
Prior mentoring or coaching experience not required, only a desire to walk alongside young adults and a at least a basic knowledge or understanding of at least one of the skill sets list above. Goal training provided by CFK for all coaches.
